Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst to manage the contractual reconciliation process for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end contractual reconciliation process for PBTC clinical trials
Analyze study-related agreements and manage documentation of contractual obligations
Prepare termination letters and oversee the implementation of contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

Experience in contract analysis and management
Knowledge of clinical trial agreements and compliance requirements
Ability to coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills for tracking contract statuses
