Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst to provide temporary support to the Enterprise Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and advise on existing contractual terms, focusing on IT contracts and software license agreements
• Draft and negotiate contract modifications and amendments, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address contract-related needs specific to M&A initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with IT contracts and software license agreements preferred
• Prior experience supporting M&A or project-based contract management activities desirable
• Ability to load and update contract documents in a contract management system
• Understanding of compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to achieve operational targets for specific projects
