Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the payer contracting team, the remote Contract Analyst will manage DSO/Plan relationships, negotiate contracts with dental insurance plans, and analyze reimbursement rates to assess contract value and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze proposed rates and model reimbursement to determine contract value and revenue impact
• Maintain the contract management database and ensure accurate data entry and compliance with payer policies
• Continuously monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for renegotiation or adjustments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in provider relations, payer relations, or financial analysis within a healthcare organization
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in Business Intelligence reporting preferred
• Understanding of key performance metrics and performance reporting
• Dental or health insurance plan experience preferred but not necessary
