Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Contract Analyst will negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service to researchers and external sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions for clinical trial agreements and related documentation
• Monitor and document contract issues, compliance reviews, and escalations related to agreements
• Assist with contract intake and provide administrative support as needed

Required qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related area plus two years of experience
• Working knowledge of intellectual property laws, technology transfer, and clinical trial regulations
• Ability to interpret clinical protocols and financial information related to clinical trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in using Track Changes in Word
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of transactions and maintain data integrity
