Job Summary
Providing critical support for the Office of Research Facilities, the full-time Contract Analyst for Facilities will manage pre-award acquisition planning, post-award contract administration, and advisory support for construction and facilities-related contracts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support acquisition planning and prepare solicitation packages for construction and facilities contracts
- Administer post-award contracts, including modifications, performance tracking, and invoice review
- Provide acquisition advice and assist with audits and internal reviews related to ORF acquisitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of federal acquisition experience, particularly in construction or facilities contracts
- Demonstrated experience equivalent to a GS-12 Contract Specialist
- Strong working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 36, and 43
- Experience supporting MATOCs and task order awards preferred
