Contract Analyst II
Job Summary
Coordinating and executing client contracts and change orders, the full-time remote Contract Analyst II will manage multiple contracts simultaneously while collaborating with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute contracts and change orders for various projects
- Collaborate with legal and operational departments to determine contract terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate project files and update Salesforce with contract status information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or financial analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with project budgeting and change order management (preferred)
