Contract Analyst II

Job Summary

Coordinating and executing client contracts and change orders for early phase studies, the full-time remote Contract Analyst II will manage multiple contracts simultaneously while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract terms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage numerous Early Phase contracts and change orders, ensuring timely execution and compliance
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and operational departments to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools, providing project/financial analysis as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sponsor contract management and financial analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong understanding of contract fundamentals, legal terminology, and commercial agreement structures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with project budgeting and change order management (preferred)
