Contract Analyst II
Job Summary
Coordinating and executing client contracts and change orders for early phase studies, the full-time remote Contract Analyst II will manage multiple contracts simultaneously while collaborating with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage numerous Early Phase contracts and change orders, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Collaborate with ICON Legal and the Sales Team to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions
- Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools, providing project/financial analysis as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sponsor contract management and financial analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Experience with Early Phase study budgets is preferred
- Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and legal terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
