Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring efficient contract workflows
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to implement standardized contract processes and resolve contractual issues
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for CLM usage and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Eight or more years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or paralegal work
• Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of various contract types including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
