Contract and Budget Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract & Budget Analyst responsible for overseeing contracts and budgets in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and other contracts to ensure timely execution
• Identify contract risks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of contracts and budgets
• Manage contract inventory and negotiate commercial contracts as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Three (3) or more years of experience in contract and budget management in the clinical research industry
• Minimum one (1) year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials
• Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures
• Understanding of clinical trial agreements, budgets, and regulatory compliance requirements
