Contract and Budget Analyst

Job Summary

Contract and Budget Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing customer, site, and vendor contracts, developing negotiation strategies, and managing contract risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and other contracts to ensure timely execution and compliance
• Manage complex investigator grant estimates and negotiate commercial contracts
• Maintain contract inventory and provide accurate documentation for audits and project timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Three (3) or more years of experience in contract and budget management in the clinical research industry
• Minimum one (1) year experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials
• Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures
• Understanding of clinical trial agreements, budgets, and regulatory compliance requirements
