Contract and Closing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Contract and Closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the contract and closing departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of responsibilities
• Coach and mentor staff while implementing quality control measures across all processes
• Coordinate closings for auction and REO transactions and maintain accurate records across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Notary Public commission preferred or ability to obtain one upon hire
• 3+ years of experience in real estate closing and/or title industry
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred
• Knowledge of contract preparation and closing processes within the auction and REO industry
