Contract and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a growing portfolio of global agreements, the full-time remote Contract and Compliance Specialist will oversee the lifecycle of NDAs and commercial contracts, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and act as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and standard service/product agreements
• Prepare and submit license applications and updates to regulatory bodies for satellite operations and data dissemination
• Maintain a centralized, audit-ready database of all executed agreements and compliance records

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years in contract administration or legal compliance, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors
• Deep familiarity with NDAs, commercial agreements, and regulatory filing structures
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage complex filing systems
• Experience in commercial drafting and negotiations
• Ability to pivot between straightforward administrative tasks and complex negotiations
