Contract and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract and Compliance Specialist, the full-time position will manage the lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, and subawards while ensuring compliance with legal and donor requirements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the contract/subcontract/subaward lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, and closeout
• Provide procurement guidance and support purchasing compliance for Project Managers
• Maintain knowledge of federal regulations and update templates to reflect policy changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in nonprofit contracts, particularly with federal funds
• Knowledge of federal and non-federal grant regulations, including Uniform Guidance
• Experience with procurement processes and reviewing contracts, MOUs, and NDAs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workflows in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with software, including Excel; experience with NetSuite/PyanGo systems preferred
