Contract and Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting hospital pricing analytics, the full-time remote Contract and Reimbursement Analyst II will manage contract reviews, confirm rates, and ensure payer product line accuracy while collaborating with clients and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review and clarify contract terms, ensuring the latest rates are available and accurately entered
• Create pricing transparency files and assist with special projects related to pricing uploads and analyses
• Conduct quality assurance by comparing pricing models and troubleshooting process issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of hospital managed care contracting experience
• Extensive knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and understanding of DRGs, CPTs, and ICDs
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare fee schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
