Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Associate II to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts
• Support business objectives by facilitating timely contract execution and maintaining client relationships
• Provide coaching and training on contracting policies and assist in the preparation of bid proposals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of contracts management experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare industry contracts management is preferred
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of contracts management experience is also preferred
