Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Associate III to support their Mid-America division remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts
• Provide coaching and training for new hires and delegate responsibilities to junior contract associates
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance and effective contract management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of contracts management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in healthcare industry contracts management
• Preferred: Associate's degree with 7+ years of contracts management experience
