Contract Associate Manager

Job Summary

To support contract management and compliance efforts, the fully remote Contract Associate Manager will monitor contract obligations, identify risks, and serve as the primary liaison between project teams and legal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Continually monitor contract obligations, terms, and requirements to ensure compliance
• Proactively identify contractual risks and propose strategic solutions
• Prepare updates on contract status and modifications for key stakeholders

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 4 years of Contract Management experience
• 3 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and contracting software
