Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney for its Writing Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts and provide substantive feedback to enhance legal writing
- Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and compliance with USCIS guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and ensure adherence to organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack
