Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney for their Writing Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts and provide feedback to enhance legal documents
- Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and compliance with USCIS guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and internal teams to finalize legal documents and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack
