Contract Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing client billing inquiries, the full-time Contract Billing Analyst will serve as the primary contact for clients, analyze accounts, generate invoices, and support financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries and manage client relationships
• Analyze client accounts, generate invoices, and collaborate with leadership to improve account resolution
• Review billing metrics, reconcile accounts, and support month-end activities for accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience focusing on accounts receivable or contract billing processes
• Strong knowledge of RCM billing systems and ability to interpret payer and client contract terms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with billing and contract audits and identifying financial risks or discrepancies
