Contract Business Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Recruiting Sourcer will identify, engage, and screen candidates for Sales and Marketing roles while collaborating with leadership to define hiring needs and enhance the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively identify and attract candidates for various Sales and Marketing positions
• Source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates for high-priority roles
• Manage the interviewing and hiring processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience for sales and/or marketing roles
• Strong experience with ATS systems, ideally Ashby
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions or competing priorities
• Incredibly proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
