Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Client Accounts Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support global client billing and daily operational functions
Analyze business processes and develop metrics/reporting
Provide training to internal staff on new processes or systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing high-volume billing portfolios or financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLookup and PivotTable functions
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
Familiarity with Aderant or similar legal billing/financial systems is a plus
