Job Summary

A company is looking for Non-Tech and Clinical Recruiters (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy roles
• Proactively source and engage a diverse pool of candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle corporate recruiter in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy roles
• Strong sourcing skills focused on building diverse talent pipelines
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms; Lever experience preferred
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and labor laws
