Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle clinical hiring, maintaining a pipeline of 8-10 active requisitions
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and provide data-driven insights
• Oversee the offer process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in clinical recruiting
• Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in building candidate pipelines
• Experience in operationally complex or high-growth recruiting environments
• Highly organized and metrics-driven, with a strong bias for action
