Job Summary

To support a dynamic clinical recruiting team, the contract Clinical Recruiter will execute full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring registered nurses, medical assistants, and nurse practitioners in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing for healthcare professionals
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategy and understand hiring needs
• Manage candidate relationships to create exceptional candidate experiences

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience recruiting primary care or urgent care physicians and nurse practitioners
• Proactive approach with a human-centered mindset
• Proven record of solving challenging recruiting problems in fast-paced environments
• Experience in managing a high-touch recruiting process and building candidate relationships
• Familiarity with recruiting and business tools such as G Suite, Slack, and Greenhouse
