Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Closeout Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate closeout of government contracts, including reconciling obligations, preparing final invoices, and terminating subcontracts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cost and price analysis to determine final closeout costs for contracts
- Review and update financial and administrative files to ensure compliance with government regulations
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is submitted
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in contract closeout or financial analysis
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it applies to contracting and procurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
