Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices and supporting documentation to clients
• Manage outstanding receivables and resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and address disputes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing experience in the government contracting industry
• 2-3 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Experience with contract closeouts preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
