Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Communications Manager to provide coverage for the Communications team during an employee leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proof internal communications for various audiences
• Support recurring communications like newsletters and employee updates
• Coordinate cross-functional communications projects and manage deliverables

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in corporate or internal communications
• Demonstrated project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting town halls or large-scale internal meetings
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana or similar workflow platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team
