Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Manager (Contract) to lead production and support communications across the Global Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of internal forums, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Draft and review communications materials to ensure clarity and consistency of messages
• Maintain organizational systems and documentation for effective communication workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in communications, events/production, or program operations
• Experience providing hands-on communications support for senior leaders or cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management and coordination
• Excellent writing and editing skills for diverse employee audiences
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations and time zones
