Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with customer requirements through contract and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and extract necessary terms for subcontractors
• Develop and send contract templates to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Monitor contract document lifecycle and conduct outreach to ensure timely signing by subcontractors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of experience in contract administration
• Bachelor's degree in business administration is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of customer service and supply chain management principles
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
