Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with labor and wage laws for public works and construction projects, the full-time remote Contract Compliance Analyst will review contractor documentation, maintain audit-ready files, and support payment processes while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and monitor federal, state, and local labor compliance requirements, converting them into clear documentation guidelines
- Review certified payroll reports for completeness and consistency, documenting exceptions and coordinating necessary corrections
- Organize and maintain comprehensive electronic project files, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with documentation standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, construction management, accounting, public administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in construction contracts, public works compliance, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing detailed documentation and maintaining issue logs
- Knowledge of prevailing wage, certified payroll reporting, and apprenticeship documentation for public works projects
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
