Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Compliance and Quality Manager (Remote in USA).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality, contract compliance, and audit activities, including external audits and KPI reporting
- Develop contract monitoring performance standards and manage reporting with the State customer
- Manage staff and support quality initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of contractual performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Quality Management, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Six or more years of Audit/Compliance/Quality experience
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
- Expertise in fostering quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across functions
