Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Compliance and Quality Manager (Remote in USA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality, contract compliance, and audit activities, including external audits and KPI reporting
  • Develop contract monitoring performance standards and manage reporting with the State customer
  • Manage staff and support quality initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of contractual performance issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Quality Management, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • Six or more years of Audit/Compliance/Quality experience
  • Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Expertise in fostering quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across functions
