Job Summary

To enhance employee skills and organizational capability, the full-time remote Contract ConceptOne Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs related to the C1 platform, collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop role-based training programs for the C1 platform
• Manage end-to-end learning initiatives, including logistics, enrollment, and tracking of learning metrics
• Analyze training effectiveness using data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and optimize learning solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training & Development, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
• Experience in designing and delivering various training formats, including instructor-led and virtual training
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple training programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with the insurance and finance industry is preferred
