Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator (Contract) to provide essential coordination and administrative support for the business guest lifecycle process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all business guest inquiries and support needs
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for business guests
- Manage incoming requests through email and tracking systems, ensuring timely responses and resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with program or administrative coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience with coordination tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Minimum 2 years of experience with process and operations support
- Previous experience with standard office applications required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
