Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator (Contract) to provide essential coordination and administrative support for the business guest lifecycle process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all business guest inquiries and support needs
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for business guests
  • Manage incoming requests through email and tracking systems, ensuring timely responses and resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with program or administrative coordination
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with coordination tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with process and operations support
  • Previous experience with standard office applications required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
