Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator (Contract) to manage the lifecycle of business guests in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all business guest inquiries and support needs
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for business guests
- Coordinate equipment ordering and distribution for incoming business guests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of program or administrative coordination experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using coordination tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Minimum 2 years of experience with process and operations support
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with coordination and tracking tools
