Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator (Contract) to manage the lifecycle of business guests in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all business guest inquiries and support needs
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for business guests
  • Coordinate equipment ordering and distribution for incoming business guests
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of program or administrative coordination experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using coordination tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with process and operations support
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with coordination and tracking tools
