Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Copywriter to support a luxury real estate company in California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, high-quality copy for digital campaigns, including web and social media content
• Produce engaging branded materials such as internal and external presentation decks
• Craft clear and impactful content for out-of-home placements in digital and print formats

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong copywriting skills with a creative flair supporting brand elevation
• Experience with digital promotions, branded materials, and out-of-home advertising is preferred
• Ability to pivot and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with corporate real estate or luxury retail brands is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing luxury, elevated, and timeless work, with social and out-of-home samples
