Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A and Operations teams, maintaining a pipeline of 10+ active requisitions
• Collaborate with leadership to understand operational roles and provide data-driven insights during weekly pipeline reviews
• Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding coordination for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in G&A recruiting
• Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in building talent pipelines
• Experience in operationally complex or high-growth environments
• Highly organized and metrics-driven with a strong bias for action
