Contract Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

Proactive and strategic, the full-time Contract Creative Project Manager will lead creative project management and production remotely from July 2026 to mid-January 2027, overseeing project intake, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring high-quality creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative project management by overseeing project intake, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization in partnership with marketing leadership
• Manage external production vendors across video, audio, motion, and print, ensuring output meets quality standards and budget constraints
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams to align creative work with business goals and maintain accountability for timelines

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management and creative production across video, social, and digital
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional creative workflows and managing external production vendors
• Strong resource planning and budget management skills
• Experience with project management software
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping creative teams excel
