Job Summary
Seeking a Contract Customer Care Representative to provide remote, full-time customer service support, advocating for customer needs and contributing to process improvements in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide accurate, empathetic service via phone, email, and case systems
- Identify issues and trends, collaborating with product and operations teams to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with customer communications during product updates and refine internal customer care processes
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare operations role, preferably in a PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting
- Active pharmacy technician license preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Salesforce or similar case management tools
