Job Summary
Supporting the contracting pipeline during peak periods, the contract Customer Success Operations role will manage end-to-end contracting and submission operations for over 100 new and renewal contracts, working remotely for up to 40 hours per week until October 30, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Upload and manage legal contracts in Ironclad, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Facilitate contract execution and monitor signature status while providing visibility into the contracting pipeline
- Contribute to provider roster submission processes, ensuring accurate deal terms and timely completion of requirements
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success operations, or related fields
- Experience working cross-functionally with operational, commercial, and technical teams
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Clear written communication skills for drafting summaries and status updates
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with seasonal urgency
