Contract Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Data & BI Analyst, Quickbooks Online Integrations + Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect to QuickBooks Online and build a stable data ingestion pipeline
• Model and clean financial datasets, including multi-entity expense allocation and performance metrics
• Build user-facing dashboards showing multi-entity P&L trends and create documentation for dashboard maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Strong BI, ETL, SQL, and data modeling fundamentals
• Direct experience connecting QuickBooks Online to a BI tool
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Bonus: experience in insurance or financial services
