Contract Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Deal Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, structure, and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing strategy and commercial terms
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams for deal execution and compliance
• Maintain and improve the quote-to-cash process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role, preferably in SaaS
• Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and contract management processes
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and CPQ tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
• Located in the United States or Canada, able to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST)
