Contract Design Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Design Agent will engage with internal stakeholders to align contracting opportunities with organizational strategies, partner with sourcing teams to manage RFI/RFP processes, and support ongoing contract lifecycle management to enhance supply chain operations in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Engage key internal stakeholders to gather and define requirements for contract development
• Partner with sourcing counterparts to develop and manage RFI/RFP processes using eSourcing platforms
• Facilitate feedback collection from users to determine acceptable suppliers and provide recommendations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 0-3 years of professional experience or internship experience in healthcare supply chain or project management
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management
