Contract Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Contract Design Engineer will design and build user-facing features, grow design systems, and contribute to frontend architecture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and evolve component libraries, interaction patterns, and design tokens for web and mobile platforms
• Design and build intuitive user interfaces that translate complex agricultural finance workflows into functional experiences
• Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that every feature effectively addresses real user problems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building high-quality web and mobile experiences
• Extensive experience with design systems and component libraries
• Strong design instincts with proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Advanced frontend skills, including clean code practices and a solid understanding of modern development workflows
• Experience with React, TypeScript, React Native, and Next.js is a plus
