Contract Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of category negotiation strategies, the full-time Contract Design Manager will manage the end-to-end contract life cycle and provide expert guidance on market trends, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive category negotiation strategies and oversee the entire contract life cycle
• Synthesize complex market trend data to drive innovative solution development and continuous strategy improvement
• Facilitate communication of relevant information and engage end-users and stakeholders to achieve consensus on contract awards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Professional experience in healthcare supply chain, project management, or a related field is preferred
