Job Summary

Leading the development of comprehensive category negotiation strategies, the full-time remote Contract Design Manager will manage the end-to-end contract life cycle, oversee market trend analysis, and facilitate communication of relevant information to stakeholders in support of healthcare supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage negotiation strategies and the contract life cycle to align with organizational and financial objectives
• Analyze complex market trend data to provide actionable insights for innovative solution development
• Engage end-users and stakeholders to achieve consensus on contract awards while ensuring compliance with professional and operational standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare supply chain, project management, or related fields is preferred
