Contract Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Development Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and revises member contract documents, including Evidence of Coverage (EOC), ensuring compliance with regulations
• Conducts regulatory research and risk assessments related to member materials and provides recommendations for changes
• Facilitates collaboration across departments to discuss EOC revisions and leads initiatives for documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Pre-Law, or related field; Master's Degree or JD preferred
• 3+ years of regulatory experience, including policy analysis and product filings
• 3+ years of experience in commercial health insurance or a highly regulated industry
• 3+ years of experience drafting and auditing member contract documentation
• Understanding of legislation and regulations impacting the healthcare sector preferred
