Contract Development Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Contract Development Manager will manage customer contract delivery for provider segments, ensuring accurate and executable contract language while maintaining data integrity in the contract lifecycle management system.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and manage provider agreements and related contract documents, ensuring alignment with approved business intent
• Support assigned provider segment portfolios by managing contract requests and participating in planning and review meetings
• Maintain contract data accuracy and compliance with required contracting controls, facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements or related contract documents
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, such as Conga or DocuSign
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on maintaining document quality and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while collaborating effectively across departments
