Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Email & SMS Lifecycle Strategist (Klaviyo, DTC).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize email & SMS lifecycle programs for DTC ecommerce brands
• Build, test, QA, and deploy campaigns and automations directly in Klaviyo
• Analyze lifecycle performance and translate data into actionable optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
• Hands-on ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)
• Experience building and optimizing revenue-driving lifecycle flows
• Experience working within Shopify-based ecommerce environments
• Ability to connect lifecycle performance to business outcomes
